My cat is about 12 years old. Back in '06 when I first started drinking mineral water I had noticed that he was very sluggish. He used to sit at the bottom of the steps and look up at me without moving. It finally dawned on me that he was in pain. I suppose it was the start of arthritis. I don't believe in running to the vet or doctor for pills because in my opinion they just cover up the symptoms and don't offer any real solution or healing, plus they load your system up with toxins.
The mineral packets can be reused so after using them for myself, I saved up about a week's worth and put them into a large container with about 3 gallons or so of water. After sharing the water with my cat, very soon he started running around like he was a teenager again.
He is still vibrant and healthy as ever. One more reason I call it my "miracle water".
