So many people suffer with back pain. I've been there, done that, and it isn't fun at all. It's actually quite a lot of misery. First and foremost I'm not a doctor. You should definitely seek professional help whether that might be a chiropractor, md or Eastern medicine practitioner if you're experiencing a lot of pain.
That being said, how much water do you drink every day?
And no, that doesn't include coffee, tea, beer, wine or soda. Soda is so acidic you get negative points for that...but that's a whole other topic for discussion. Consider the fact that your body is about 70% water. That includes the discs in between each of your vertebra. You need to stay properly hydrated at a cellular level to be at your best. Your body is crying for water. Don't wait until you actually are thirsty. At that point you are already dehydrated.
• Dehydration is a primary reason for daytime fatigue and can slow down your metabolism as much as 3%
• Just a 1%-2% drop in body water can impair your mental focus, concentration, and physical performance.
• Beverages that contain caffeine such as colas, coffee, or tea actually stimulate fluid loss and promote dehydration.
Having suffered myself with chronic back pain for over 10 years, I can truthfully say that taking minerals is one of the things that helped me heal. Today I am no longer in pain and no longer have to worry about my back "going out". When I first started taking minerals I could literally feel my spine strengthen after several months.
Get yourself some mineral water here if you're ready to start feeling better.

Diatomaceous Earth Review
Some of my friends were raving about the benefits of taking food grade diatomaceous earth. Word has it that it helps with arthritis pain, good for teeth, will make your nails stronger, can lower cholesterol along with a host of other things.
I decided to try it and began taking 2 heaping teaspoons daily. Also as an experiment I stopped drinking my mineral water for a couple of months, and I have been taking the DE for just over one month. When I get up in the morning my joints are stiff and achy, my calves are stiff, my nails aren't as strong as they once were and my energy is low.
One benefit I did notice is that it really clears me out in the morning! I also like putting some on my toothpaste. My teeth feel extra clean and seem to be a little whiter. I also tried a masque on my face and my skin really felt smooth and silky. Other than that I can't really rave about it.
I am definitely going to get back on my mineral water because I feel I'm at my best when I drink it. Having been in poor health for so many years, feeling good is something I really cherish. I know my aches and pains will go away as soon as I start drinking my X2O again. The diatomaceous? Well, we'll see....
